Make: 1. Heat water and olive oil (or use butter) in saucepan and bring to boil. 2. Remove pan from heat and pour in the couscous and salt. Stir. 3. Cover the pan and let it sit for 10 minutes. If the couscous hasn't absorbed the water or still tastes crunchy after this time, cover and let it sit for a few more minutes. 4. Gently fluff the cooked couscous with a fork before serving.
Couscous is by far the quickest cooking carb side, making it a great go to for busy weeknights.
