Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

1. Heat garlic, butter and oil in a pan over moderate-low heat for 3 minutes (or in microwave for 1 minute). 2. Toast bread and brush liberally with garlic oil. 3. Serve topped with parsley.
