Prep: 1. Chop shallots, slice salmon into bits. 2. Defrost peas in hot water. Make: 1. Cook pasta, toss with olive oil. 2. Melt butter, sauté shallots. 3. Add half of salmon, cream, wine, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat. 4. Toss together in a bowl: pasta, peas, sauce and remaining half of the salmon, cut into strips.
