Gluten-free Supereasy "homemade" Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 balls prepared gluten-free pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese (shredded or sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 450. Make: 1. Roll or stretch out pizza dough, brush with olive oil, and bake on a sheet pan for 5 minutes. 2. Cover with sauce, cheese, and basil. 3. Bake about 10 minutes.
