Prep: 1. Slice red onion, mince garlic, and grate ginger. 2. Cut steak into 1" thick pieces. 3. Cut broccoli into florets. Make: 1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil with a steamer basket and steam the broccoli for 2-3 minutes. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of safflower oil in a skillet. 3. Add onions and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. 4. Add beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger and cook for 5-8 minutes until the beef is cooked through. 5. Add broccoli to the meat mixture and warm through.
