1. Chop the salmon into very small pieces. 2. Whisk eggs. Add 1/2 of the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper. 3. Melt butter in large pan, add eggs and scramble. 4. When eggs have come together but remain wet, stir in chopped salmon. 5. Remove pan from heat and garnish the eggs with remaining chives; serve right out of the warm pan.
