Prep: 1. Pit cherries and cut in half. 2. Chop pistachios. Make: 1. Mix oil, vinegar (and optional salt) together in small pitcher for dressing. 2. Toss greens, cherries, pistachios, and cheese together. 3. Serve with dressing.
