Prep: 1. Heat the oven to 425. Make: 1. Put the chicken in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the meat. 2. Bake for 20 minutes. 3. Remove chicken from the oven and let it rest, covered, for 10 minutes.
So so simple and so delicious! This works both with boneless skinless, and bone in chicken, thighs.
