Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (more to taste)

Directions

Make: 1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. 2. Let rest covered in the fridge overnight (or at least 3-5 hours). 3. Taste and add more maple syrup if desired, then enjoy!

Notes

Some people prefer to blend chia seed puddings - if you want to try it blended, let it set fully, then using a food processor or blender just blend until smooth. If blending it you can leave out the sweetener until that point.
