Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Slice tomato and mozzarella into large round slices. Make: 1. Layer on a plate, alternating, tomatoes, mozzarella, and whole basil leaves. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
