Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro (about a bunch)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley (about a bunch)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Prep: 1. Mince cilantro, parsley and garlic. Make: 1. Blend all ingredients together. 2. Let sit at room temperature to let flavors blend for up to an hour, or use immediately as well.
