Gatheredtable
adapted from A really old recipe torn out of a magazine (which I have since lost) ~Mary, Gatheredtable Founder and CEO

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Grease cookie sheet. Make: 1. With an electric mixer, cream butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. 3. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients; mix to combine. 4. By hand, stir in oatmeal, granola, chocolate chips and cranberries (you can do 2 cups of chips and no cranberries if you like). 5. Scoop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.

Notes

"Reliably awesome! I have made these cookies so much that it used to be the assumed default in my house that this was going to be the outcome whenever I started bustling around the kitchen." ~Mary, Gatheredtable Founder
