Steamed Kale with Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1/8 cup pine nuts
  • 1/8 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, to taste

Directions

1. Tear kale from ribs into bite-size pieces. Steam and set aside in colander to drain dry-ish. 2. Toast pine nuts (in dry frying pan on stovetop). 3. Mix kale, pine nuts, cranberries, and olive oil together in bowl. Season with sea salt, to taste.

Notes

This is also great with toasted almonds or hazelnuts!
