Prep: 1. Pre-heat oven to 425. 2. Zest then juice lime. 3. Chop cilantro. Make: 1. Mix: lime juice, zest, maple syrup, sriracha and salt. 2. Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour lime-sriracha mixture over top. 3. Roast salmon until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.
