Prep: 1. Chop red onion and tarragon. 2. Cut lemon. 3. Drain tuna. Make: 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, red onion, drained tuna, tarragon, salt and pepper. 2. Serve with bread, pitas, lettuce wraps etc. with lemon wedges on the side.
