Roasted Broccoli with Shallots

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 shallots
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Chop broccoli. 3. Slice shallots. Make: 1. In a baking dish, toss broccoli, shallots, olive oil, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper. 2. Cover tightly with foil and bake, tossing once, for 35-40 minutes, until tender.
