Prep: 1. Combine oil, vinegar, agave, mustard, salt, and pepper in jar. Seal and shake. Set aside. 2. Chop/dice romaine hearts, almonds, cranberries, mint, red cabbage and apple. 3. Grate carrots. Make: 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with vinaigrette. Serve.
