Prep: 1. Cut pears into eight wedges and toss with brown sugar. Make: 1. In a skillet, melt butter and cook pears and pecans until glossy, about 4 minutes. 2. Whip together mascarpone, heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar until thick. 3. Sprinkle pears and pecans with a bit of allspice and serve over cream mixture.
