Prep: 1. Boil water for oatmeal. Make: 1. Add oatmeal and a pinch of salt to the boiling water, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes. 2. When oatmeal is done, divide between bowls and top with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
