Prep: 1. Boil water for oatmeal. 2. Peel, core, and dice apples. Make: 1. Add oatmeal and a pinch of salt to the boiling water, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes. 2. When oatmeal is done top with cinnamon, brown sugar, and apples.
