Everyday Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Prep: 1. Snap or cut off ends of green beans. Make: 1. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok. 2. Add garlic and salt and stir for about 15 seconds. 3. Add green beans and toss briefly until bright green. 4. Add 1/2 cup water and stir until gone, and green beans crispy and cooked.
