Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 apples
  • 2 whole wheat english muffins
  • 4 ounces of cheese
  • 4 ounces of almonds
  • 4 tablespoon jam

Directions

Prep: 1. Boil water for eggs 2. Slice cheese. Make: 1. Place eggs into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. 2. While eggs are boiling toast english muffings and slice apples. 3. When eggs are done, run under cold water to cool and then peel. 4. Each serving is 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 english muffin, a couple slices of cheese and a small handful of almonds
