Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oatmeal (V, GF)

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

Prep: 1. Mash bananas. Make: 1. Divide ingredients between 4 small bowls or jars. 2. Mix each serving thoroughly and place in the refrigerator overnight. 3. The next morning remove from fridge and enjoy!
