Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pineapple
  • 3/4 cup papaya
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cucumber (with skin)
  • 1 1/4 cup chilled coconut water
  • 2 1/2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

Prep: 1. Peel, core/seed, and chop papaya and pineapple. Slice banana. 2. Place fruit in the freezer for as long as you can (up to overnight). 3. Slice cucumber. Make: 1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
