Blueberry, Kale, Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 3 cups kale
  • 2 1/4 cups water

Directions

Make: 1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.

Notes

Take this up a notch by using fresh pineapple and putting it in the freezer overnight. We love to throw all of our leftover kale in the freezer so that it's ready and waiting for this smoothie.
