Prep: 1. Place eggs in a saucepan (with a lid), cover with one inch of water and bring to a boil. Once water boils, cover pan, remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes. Make: 1. While eggs are cooking, seed, dice and peel avocado. 2. Run eggs under cold water and peel. Chop eggs into quarters. 3. Combine avocado and egg, sprinkle with seasoning salt (if using) and serve.
