Prep: 1. Chop shallots, slice salmon into bits. 2. Defrost peas in hot water. Make: 1. Cook pasta, toss with olive oil. 2. Melt butter, sauté shallots. 3. Add half of salmon, cream, wine, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until salmon is warm through and sauce almost simmers, about 5 minutes. 4. Toss together in a bowl: pasta, peas, sauce and remaining half of the salmon, cut into strips.
