Filipino Bbq Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/4-inch piece fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups 7-up
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork ribs

Directions

Prep: 1. Mix everything together (except ribs) to make marinade. 2. Soak ribs in marinade overnight (covered, refrigerated). If you don't have overnight 2 hours will do. Make: 1. Grill, brushing on marinade as you go.
