Prep: 1. Chop avocados and tomatoes. Make: 1. Mix avocados and tomatoes in bowl, adding lime juice, cilantro and sea salt to taste. Note: Leave avocado in chunks; it looks better, takes less effort, and is easier to work with (vs. "pureeing" it as in traditional guacamole).
