Prep: 1. Zest and juice oranges. Make: 1. Combine cranberries, marmalade, orange juice and zest in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until many cranberries have burst and sauce has thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
