Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425 and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Trim green beans and cut potatoes in half. Make: 1. Toss everything together on the prepared baking sheet and mix with your hands. 2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until meat is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
We love the simplicity of this dish, it really lets the flavor of the pork chops shine through. If you want to spice it up we love a mix of 1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano, dried mustard, dried thyme and minced garlic.
