Prep: 1. Slice pork. Zest and juice lemon. Grate ginger. Make: 1. Combine sliced pork, cornstarch, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, lemon and ginger. 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add pork and stir- fry for 3 minutes. 3. Add noodles and broth and bring to a boil. Add snap peas and cook until noodles are done, 3-5 minutes.
This is also great with chow mein noodles (not the precooked crunchy kind, rather the raw kind) if you can find them.
