Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 375 and cover a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Peel garlic (leave whole) and cut tomatoes in half. Make: 1. Toss everything together on the prepared baking sheet and spread out so chicken skins are able to brown. 2. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 40 minutes, until chicken is done through and skin is browned.
