Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Thaw frozen puff pastry. 3. Remove pits from plums and slice. Make: 1. Cut each pastry sheet into six squares, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and poke each square all over with a fork. 2. Place plum slices in center of each square, sprinkle with sugar and black pepper. 3. Bake for 20 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. Serve: With honey and sea salt sprinkled on top.
