Prep: 1. Grate ginger. 2. Crush 3 cardamom pods. 3. Make black tea in a pot on the stove (~3 cups water with 2 tea bags). Make: 1. Stir everything into pot of tea (except maple syrup). 2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Strain into a container. 4. Add maple syrup to taste. Serve. Store: Should last for a week in a glass container in fridge.
