Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Directions

Prep: 1. Heat grill/stove top. 2. Form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper. Make: 1. Place patties on grill or in a skillet on the stove top and cook for 3 minutes per side. Slightly longer if you prefer a well-done burger. Serve: On buns, with lettuce/onion/tomato/ketchup

Notes

This goes great with your favorites bun. Or for a low carb option, wrap hamburger patties with leafed lettuce!
