Prep: 1. Heat oven to 450 (500 if it will go that high). 2. Peel sweet potato and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in small bowl with 1 tablespoon water. 3. Cover and microwave for 3-5 minutes, until sweet potato is fork-tender. Let cool. 4. Meanwhile, derib and chop kale and toss with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. 5. Grate parmesan. Make: 1. In a food processor or blender, blend cooked sweet potato, 1 tablespoon oil, crushed red pepper and a pinch of salt until smooth. 2. Roll out dough until 1/4 inch thick. Spread potato sauce evenly over dough. 3. Top pizza with goat cheese, kale, and parmesan. 4. Bake until crust is golden, 10 to 15 minutes, sprinkling on walnuts in final 2 minutes.
