Prep: 1. Chop cilantro and onion. Make: 1. Mix everything except oil together in a medium sized bowl. 2. Form into burgers 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. 3. Place burgers in skillet and cook to desired doneness, about 7 minutes per side.
We recommend serving with ciabatta rolls or lettuce wraps - both sides in the gatheredtable library. These are also great on the grill, just preheat the grill before prepping burgers, then when grill is hot cook burgers for about 7-9 minutes per side, or until done through.
