Prep: 1. Cut onion into eighths. Make: 1. Lay chicken on bottom of slow cooker, cover with onions. 2. Whisk together all remaining ingredients in a bowl (except cilantro). Pour over chicken. 3. Cook covered on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve: Sprinkled with cilantro and salt to taste.
