Prep: 1. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. 2. Chop sage. Make: 1. Place potatoes in a saucepan with 1 teaspoon of salt; cover with water. 2. Bring to a boil. Cook 20 minutes or until tender; drain. 3. Place in a large bowl with butter, milk, salt, and pepper. 4. Mash coarsely with a potato masher. Fold in gorgonzola and chopped fresh sage.
