Ingredients

  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Prep: 1. Chop romaine hearts. 2. Mince chives. Dice cucumber and celery. 3. Juice lemon Make: 1. Combine 2 tablespoons lemon juice, chives, sugar, salt, and pepper; whisk in olive oil. 2. Toss with chopped romaine hearts, diced cucumber, and diced celery.
