Garlic, Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Peel garlic. Slice garlic cloves and sprouts in half. 3. Grate cheese. Make: 1. Toss sprouts and garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper. 2. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 10-12 minutes. (If you don't like toasty melted cheese you can also sprinkle them with the cheese after they roast.)
