Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Grate ginger and mince garlic. Make: 1. Combine the pineapple, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once mixture is hot, whisk in cornstarch and stir constantly until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. In a separate bowl use your hands to mix together the turkey, breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup of the cooled sauce. 3. Form into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes (or until done through) flipping once halfway if you remember. 5. Serve with remaining sauce.
