Ingredients

  • 1 pounds of turnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Peel (if desired) and cut turnips into 1-inch cubes. Toss with melted coconut oil, salt, and pepper. Make: 1. Place the cubes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping the cubes halfway through.
