Make: 1. Mix everything together (excluding chops) in a large shallow dish. 2. Place pork chops in marinade and ensure they are coated on both sides. Marinate pork chops, covered, in refrigerator for about 30 minutes (or up to 12 hours) -- less is ok if you don't have time to wait. 3. Heat oil in heavy frying pan over medium heat. Cook pork chops until cooked through, flipping once, about 3-5 minutes per side.
You can also cook these in a grill pan or make them on the grill! Just heat the grill or grill pan to medium heat and cook for 3-5 minutes per side.
