Prep: 1. Place a mixing bowl and beaters for an electric mixer in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Make: 1. Pour cream into chilled bowl and sprinkle with sugar. 2. Using an electric mixer on medium high speed, beat the whipping cream until still peaks form. Serve with your favorites pie, cake, or fresh fruit.
