Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 500. 2. Let chicken come to room temperature and pat dry with a paper towel. Make: 1. Toss chicken with flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. 2. Coat wings with safflower oil arrange evenly on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, turning once. 3. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with sriracha and marmalade. 4. Place wings into mix and toss until coated.
Great for guests! If you like your food spicy, try adding another tablespoon of sriracha, if you don't like the spice leave it out.
