Prep: 1. Allow butter and eggs to come to room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 325. 3. Grease bundt pan with butter, dust with flour. 4. Juice lemon. Make: 1. Using an electric mixer, mix eggs and butter for 2 minutes 2. Add half of the flour and combine. 3. Add ginger ale, zest and juice of 1 lemon, then eggs, one at a time. 4. Add remaining flour and lavender, mix until thoroughly combined. 5. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
