Prep: 1. Zest and juice orange. Make: 1. Mix the miso, orange juice, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar and zest in a bowl. 2. Place the cod on a baking pan 3. Brush the top of the cod with the orange and miso glaze. 4. Broil in a preheated oven until the miso glaze starts to bubble, about 3 minutes. 5. Cover the cod with foil and continue to broil until cooked, about 4 minutes.
