Prep: 1. Juice half the lemon, cut other half into wedges for garnish. 2. Mince basil. 3. Preheat broiler to high. Make: 1. Place halibut on a baking pan; rub all over with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil; broil until fish turns opaque in center, about 10 to 12 minutes. 2. To serve: drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with basil, and garnish with lemon wedges.
